Supplies:
  • Favorite Findings™ Button: #1141 (2 bags)
  • 20 gauge craft wire: light pink, copper
  • E beads: pinks
  • 1 yard ⅜” wide pink satin ribbon
  • 1 sheet scrapbook paper: pink print
  • Paper adhesive of choice
  • Hot glue gun and glue
  • Dye ink pad: brown
  • Wood block: 5” x 2”
  • Drill with smallest bit
  • Round nose pliers
  • Scissors
  • Ruler

Instructions:
  1. Trace 4 sides and top of block onto scrapbook paper. Cut out. Adhere to block with paper adhesive.
  2. Drill 6 holes in a line on the top of block.
  3. Rub ink pad along edges of block to give it an aged look.
  4. Cut a 10” length of wire. Hold one end in round nose pliers. Roll wire in a spiral, adding seed beads as you work. Spiral should be about an inch in diameter. Use the pliers to wrap single loops along the wire, randomly adding beads between loops. Add heart buttons by weaving the wire through the buttonholes. Repeat on 5 more wires.
  5. String 3 E beads on short wire. Connect two heart buttons with wire, twisting on back to hold together.
  6. Cut an 18” length of pink ribbon. Wrap around wood. Hot glue double heart with beads to the center of bow.
  7. Place wires into holes.
Tips:
  • Refer to photo for placement and assembly.
  • Layer hearts or more color. Use lots of beads for sparkle.
