All new customers must provide a resale tax-exempt identification
number.
Sample orders shipped within 24 to 48 hours
on in-stock merchandise. Please allow 4-6 weeks from date of
confirmed PO for delivery on production orders.
Return Policy:
All returns require written authorization from Blumenthal Lansing Company. Special
orders and dye match are final sales.
All returns are subject to 25% re-stocking and handling charges.
Claims for shipping errors and defective merchandise must be made within 10 days
of receipt of merchandise.
Blumenthal Garment's responsibility on defective merchandise is limited to replacement
of defective merchandise only. |
