Cut a piece of paper 5 ½” square. Fold over the top of the box with corners pointing front and back. Glue in place.
Cut out five 1 ½” paper circles. Trim to flower petal shapes. Adhere to center top of box to create a flower. At flower center, stack a medium orange button, a pink felt flower and a gem.
Add “You're the Best” sticker.
Glue 4 small orange buttons down the front of the box, forming flower stem. Add gems to center.
Cut two 2” long leaf shapes. Adhere in place.
Wrap chenille stems around wire handle of the box. Tie ribbon in place.
Create the bug. Out of patterned paper, cut a 1 ½” circle. Cut circle in half and glue as wings on medium orange button. Add small buttons and gems as shown. Glue small yellow felt button to bug as head.
String 3” length of chenille stem through buttonholes of bug so the ends are under the bug. Wrap the ends around the handle. Trim ends.
