String floss through buttonholes of one button, knot on back. Repeat for all buttons.
Cut bias tape into different size lengths from about 3” to 5”.
Beginning at bottom of lampshade, wrap and glue bias tape sections around shade. Overlap the ends of the pieces vertically and horizontally as you work. Leave the ends raw.
