Drill a hole at the edge of each large round button. Cut the shanks off the Daisy buttons. Glue daisy buttons to centers of big buttons. Glue two of these back to back. String an 8-inch length of floss through drilled holes. Knot ends together for hanger.
Repeat process with all buttons, combining as desired. Decorate glitter eggs with buttons as shown. Add a bow and a loop of ribbon at top of each egg to hang.

When removing button shanks, cut flush to the button.
