Measure front of gift bag. Cut a piece of paper that size and glue to front of bag.
Wrap green ribbon around handles. Glue at both ends to secure.
Glue green ribbon to top, front of bag. Glue turquoise ribbon overlapping the green ribbon. Tie a green ribbon into a four loop bow, glue to center of ribbons.
Using shank remover, snip the shank off rhinestone button. Hot glue rhinestone button to center of damask button. Glue both to center of bow.
