Supplies:
Favorite Findings™ Buttons: #1371, #1361, #501 (1 bag each)
1 - 9” x 12” sheet of bright green felt and a scrap of white plush felt
8” of red and white polka dot ribbon for hanging loop
Red embroidery thread floss
Favorite Findings™ Button Shank Remover #700
Scissors and ruler
Fabric glue
Needle and thread
Embroidery needle
Instructions:
Using the pattern, cut 2 mitten shapes.
Cut a strip of white plush felt approximately 1” wide, long enough to wrap around the top of the mitten.
Using embroidery floss, hand stitch a running stitch around the edge of the mitten leaving the top open.
Glue the plush strip around the top edge leaving the “raw” edge in the back.
Glue 3 large green star buttons across the top on the plush. Using the button shank remover, cut shanks off 3 candy cane buttons and glue them on top of green stars.
Glue large red button to bottom of mitten. Glue 8” of ribbon at the inside top edge for a hanging loop.
