Red paper gift bag
Scrapbook paper: green solid, 10 coordinating red/green patterns, lime green solid
8mm self-adhesive gems: multi color
7 chenille stems: silver tinsel
Rickrack cards and envelopes
Acid free paper adhesive of choice
Embroidery floss: red
Craft knife
Round hole punch
Computer and printer
Scissors

Ornament patterns
Hot glue gun and glue
Instructions:
Gift Bag:
Trace and cut a 5” circle of green paper. Adhere to front of bag.
Using ornament patterns, trace and cut out 3 ornaments from different pattern papers. Cut circles and strips to decorate ornaments as desired. Adhere ornaments in place.
Cut 1/16” strips of print paper. Adhere in place for ornament hanging strings. Cut and adhere small rectangle shapes to tops of ornaments.
Glue buttons and gems as desired.
Glue tinsel stems to top front edge of bag.
Wrap tinsel stems around handles of the bag.
Party Invite:
Trace ornament pattern on scrapbook paper. Cut out and glue on front of green rickrack card.
Trace 2” circle on center of ornament. Cut out both layers of paper with craft knife.
Trace and cut four circles of varying sizes of pattern papers. Glue two at sides of ornament.
Glue green card to blue backing. Punch a hole through both at top of ornament. Thread floss through hole, around top of card and tie a knot. Thread ends through large white button. Tie in a bow.
Print desired caption for button dangle on green pattern paper. Trace small circle around words. Cut out. Glue to larger pattern paper circle. Glue both to button dangle. Glue an aqua button above caption. Stick a crystal gem in center of button.
Print desired main caption on green pattern paper. Trace 1 ⅜” circle around words. Cut out and glue inside ornament. Add smallest circle of print paper.
Add rectangles of solid green paper to accent ornament.
Add buttons and gems as desired.
Refer to photo for placement and assembly.
Instead of using pre-purchased cards, make your own out of cardstock. Trim the edge of the front piece with scallop scissors.
