  • Boutique Appliques: #246 (5 cards)
  • Tie dye fabric covered headband
  • 12” each ⅛” satin ribbon: purple, turquoise, red, yellow, lime
  • Fabric glue
  • Scissors

Instructions:
  1. Glue ribbons around headband. Trim ends if longer than headband.
  2. Glue heart appliques over ribbons.
